This was how I spent my Monday evening this week.

Weekend get-away

You know an escape from reality is

essential when all you do is think about,

plan for, and dream of work - especially when

your work dream is about vacationing with your

co-workers! So, off to the mountains I went with four fabulous, non work people - LaNell, Dan, Cyd, and Todd - over the 3-day weekend.

It is true that there was an incredible amount of laughter, derived mostly from awesome card-playing skills and tiredness.

There was also awesome snowshoeing, which consisted of a lot of falling down on my part, but I did make it to the top!

Why am I doing this?

Tired, I am.
Braindead, too.
I left work early with tons still to do...
so I could rest and rejuvinate~
But alas, here I sit, this blog to create.
Why? I don't know - it adds one more to the list
of things others will evenutally insist
I complete (or update)
sigh.....
